Questions about Rep Review? Most answers are below.
Can't find what you need? Email hello at repreviewapp dot com and we'll get back to you.
Getting a good review
- Film from the side, with your whole body and any bar, kettlebell or rings in shot.
- Prop the phone at about hip height so it stays still.
- Two to four reps is plenty. Riley looks at up to 15 seconds, and you can pick the part of a longer clip.
- Good light helps. Avoid filming straight into a bright window.
How long does a review take?
Usually a minute or two. You can leave the app while Riley watches; you'll get a notification, and an email if you've turned them on, when it's ready.
Asking Riley questions
At the end of every review you can ask Riley about it, for example why a drill helps or what to try if something feels awkward.
Subscriptions and the free trial
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Rep Review.
- If you're on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged. We'll remind you before it ends.
- Changed phone or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.
- For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Emails
Riley can email you a short summary when a review is ready. Turn this on or off in the app, under Me, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Your account
- To delete your account and everything in it, go to the Me tab in the app.

Health and safety
Riley's feedback is coaching guidance, not medical advice. If something hurts, stop, and speak to a qualified professional.
